I’m an independent girl-mom, higher education professional, and creator living in Calabasas, California. Along my transformational journey, I’ve discovered that inspiring other women to be vulnerable, creatively authentic, bold, and vibrant is a passion.
In my career journey, I’ve been offered access to a plethora of professional and personal development training resources. I also have access to professional soft skills and well-being modules and training for medical residents. I’m here to share my own version of self-care and growth to build an inspired life.
I remember second grade parent-teacher conferences. My cranky teacher, Mrs. D., said in a stern and raspy voice that I was a daydreamer. I sniffled all the way home. I’ve spent years learning discipline and focus, but the daydreams held on strong. Always curious, forever questioning, and entranced by the quiet moments, light that seeps through unexpected spaces, and decadent beauty. In our home we craft, write, and play when we are not working hard at school and remote work. I crave beautiful photos, glamour, and imaginary magical scenes on gloomy days. I’m drawn to stories of courage and reinvention. I’ve learned that hope and thinking “outside of the box” are the strongest survival skills there are in this crazy world.
